At Bust'DD, we are very passionate about proper fit; and feel that you will never be truly satisfied with your bra wardrobe until you've had a personalized and professional fitting. We know that your satisfaction will be just as much dependent on proper fit as it will be on the quality of the bras.

We encourage you to send us a message to schedule your personal fitting (or host a Get Bust'DD party for some extra savings) and we can ensure you love your bras!

Returns

Take it Home, Try it On: we care about the standards of our products and your satisfaction. We understand if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase we’ve made the return process simple.

Returns or exchanges made within 45 days of purchase are graciously accepted. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. Returns exceeding 45 days of purchase will be refunded at the current selling rate in the form of merchandise credit. 

 

Should you experience a defective product, you will have 45 days to receive a full refund credited back to the original form of payment.

 

Please note that clearance merchandise is considered final sale. 

 

We are committed to selling only brand-new, pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Lastly, we reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges among our non-fitted customers when exchanges are due to size and fit. We want our customers to love their bras, so if you are experiencing frustration with fit, please reach out to us for assistance and we'll work with you to find a better size or style to suit your needs.

Fitting Options

Personal Fitting Options 

Schedule a one-on-one fitting with one of our bra fitting experts in the comfort of your own home! We'll come with a selection of products for you to try and determine best fit and features for you. A $25 deposit is required and is applied towards your purchases. In person option is only available in the Phoenix metro area at this time.

Don't live in the Phoenix valley? Try our personal virtual fitting option. An expert fitter will spend 30-45 minutes with you consulting on bra fit and review of available products. A $25 deposit is required and is applied towards your purchases. See below for what to expect during you virtual fitting experience.

Bra Party

Get Bust'DD party involves gathering some of your friends and family together so they can all get professionally fitted. As a thank you for hosting the event, you will enjoy a 10% credit from the day's purchases to user toward your own. Please note that the ideal number of attendees is generally about 7-10 women. In person bra parties are only available in the Phoenix metro area at this time.

But I'm not Busty!

 

Although we focus on larger cup sizes, we offer nearly any bra size imaginable, including AA-C cups. You may be surprised by your true size after a fitting with us.

 

What makes Bust'DD different?

We don't try to use a computer program to fit you and we aren't a big box store that offers you virtually no service. What we offer are personal, accurate fittings based on a European fitting method that leads to a superior fit. Our current lines of bras offer sizes most stores don't carry, along with quality and affordable prices.

How long will my order take?

 

The time your order will take to process can be from just a few days up to a few weeks. Please note that because we are a small company, we do not have every size of every style and color in stock. We do place orders with our vendors every other week. Once we have your order in stock, it will be shipped to you within a few days.

How do I track my order?

 

If a tracking number is available, we'll send you the tracking number and carrier after it ships. Please note there are times when tracking may not be available.

What are my delivery options?

 

If you are ordering from a party that was hosted by someone you know, we'll ship all items free of charge directly to your hostess. If you prefer, we can ship your items directly to you for a cost of $9.99.
